The front end staff are very professional and friendly. I had a major engine job done a year earlier and they were happy to fully inspect the engine for leaks etc. All was good and they proceeded inspect, repair and align the front end as per request by myself. Work was prompt, great job done, prices very reasonable and my truck handles awesome like never before.Rob
Just broke down in front of thier shop while passing through town. They took the truck in right away fixed my u joint and gas me back on the road in an hour. Price was more than fair. People were nice and they even tried to help entertain my 4 year old. 10/10 would break down here again.
I hate to be this person but I need to give an honest review on the shop. I called in to ask about AC recharging and was told by the young fella that was working there that it would be $89 which is a sale price. my car's windows don't roll down so I asked how soon I could get in and he said right away. I drive in with my two boys and give them my keys they take my car back. I'm slightly off put by the amount of swearing (f word loudly) in front of the children by the staff but other than that they all seem friendly enough. When they bring it back they write up a bill for $189 which includes AC coolant, AC oil, AC dye, and supplies as well as labor. I'm a little annoyed that they didn't tell me about all the extra charges but I pay my bill and leave. 2 weeks later I have no AC. I called them and they say bring it back in free of charge and they will look at it. I explain very clearly that I do not have very much money. They take my car back and find a valve that is apparently broken. Without my consent they install the valve the lady finally tells me that the valve is going to cost $15 I asked if that is the total cost and she says no it will be $89 for labor also. I told her I cannot afford that and she says oh well it's already done. Finally the owner of the company (I hope) gets up and scolds her a little bit for not consulting me on price first and offers to probono the job. After they announced that the AC will not run anyways and that I need to bring it back another day for them to look at it again apparently free of charge because there is a wiring issue. I'm not going to lie I think they may have purposely jeopardized my AC. I took my car and my boyfriend checked it out and found my relay fan module was oddly burnt. They also did not put the cap back on the AC valve. I 100% do not recommend the shop to anybody. The staff were kind but it is not professional nor honest. Even for free work I would not take my car back here. Next time I will be checking out Jack's Automotive across the road or going to kaltire. As a single mother who saves her money for emergencies I can't afford a dishonest shop trying to charge me so much.
Always prompt, efficient, accommodating and friendly service. We stumbled upon Canadian 4x4 while in Enderby one time, we live in Vernon, and they fit us in right away, diagnosed the problem and gave us a quote doing the work immediately and got us on our way. Very reasonably priced and now is the shop of our choice, well worth the short drive whenever our vehicles need servicing. Best experiences always whenever weve needed them, never disappointed.
